Designing
is a process
which we start off
with a meeting

The key to success is understanding
the needs of the client.
We collaborate in 3 steps.

  • Meeting and conception

One of the roads to success for Key Construction is a thorough understanding of the needs of the client. So, before we start a project both parties have to meet so that we can present our vision of the construction. At this stage we will already be able to present several creative solutions, then together choose the most appropriate one for the kind of business you run This provides a basis for creating a project that will satisfy your needs.

  • Project

The next step will be to create a conceptual project along with a 3D visualisation. This will let you see
what the final result of our shared endeavour will look like. It is a good moment to make any final changes
and corrections, which will be added to the existing project. This step involves suggesting materials, the characteristics of the surface, establishing transit paths, entrances, a place for assembling machines, etc. All covered by the budget set.

  • Realisation

Once the final version of the project has been accepted, we sign a contractor agreement, then start working on all the formalities. How many of these there are and how quickly they are completed depends on the scope of the work, in other words the need to find a plot of land, obtain a building permit, etc. We can start construction as soon as these are sorted out, or at a time specified by the client. Along with the project, we establish the estimated completion time, so we are able to state very precisely the date when the facility will be ready for use.

The construction process
itself is entirely our
responsibility.

We have a qualified team of engineers and highly experienced construction workers at our disposal, and if specialised work is necessary we have external firms cooperating with us. This enables us to realise projects which differ significantly in terms of their nature and technical conditions.
